In an area of downtown Vancouver that I don’t frequent very often, and has changed significantly since I used to live in the area 25 years ago

Black and white image of a modern tower that is thinner on the bottom than the topPillars at the entrance of a building with large silhouettes of people in different poses. Hard to explain what I am seeing here. One pillar shows two people kissing. Another of a figure with elongated arms. Wall art pattern in relief. There are lots of indigenous symbols radiating from the center with here there the words “IN” and “EXIT”. I need to look this up to figure out the meaning.

@chadkoh @mike_vlasman I lived right next to Vancouver House (the first picture) even before it was built and I can’t tell where the third picture was taken. 🤦‍♂️

@arroz that wall installation is on the south side of a building on the east side of Burrard just south of Davie. It is very impressive, but I have no idea what it is called. There is a fountain, but I wasn't there long enough to see a sign.

@chadkoh Oh wow… yeah, I walked there many, many times, but usually going from Davie to Drake, so my back faced the panel and I almost never saw it. The whole area is quite new, the corner building with the car stand was finished around 2022. I left September last year and I'm starting to miss the city and its parks, but not the ambient noise, and being 8000km away from my family, though.
